David Michigan, could you introduce yourself in a few lines so that our community can get to know you better? How would you define your style/universe?

My name is David Michigan and I am of Native American descent. I'm a sports coach on the internet, specializing in mental training. Having been a hypnotist since I was a child (this gift was passed on to me by my shaman father), this allows me to teach as many people as possible how to use self-hypnosis to achieve their goals.

I mainly help people lose weight and build muscle. To this end, in addition to hypnosis and self-hypnosis sessions, I offer personalized nutrition and training programs, so that they can quickly obtain the body of their dreams while possessing a powerful mind.

My philosophy stems from the fact that you should always treat both your mind and your body as something precious, as your own sanctuary. Because the mind always works with the body. You can have the sharpest mind, but you won't get very far if you're not in great physical shape. And vice versa.

When was your David Michigan Blog created?

May 2015

What triggered you and why did you embark on the adventure of blogging and the world of social networking?

I've always had a deep desire to help as many people as possible. I want to enable each person to awaken their uniqueness, their true identity, by helping them mentally and physically. The process of finding your true identity may take a lot of time, energy and attention, but it's worth it, and in the end you'll be able to produce the greatest value you want to give to the universe. To make my dream come true, social networks enable me to reach as many people as possible, providing considerable leverage.

David Michigan, how much time do you spend on your articles or videos? youtube ? Production, editing...? Do you have any organizational tips for other bloggers and others? youtubers ?

I haven't been counting my time for a long time now. To get organized, you need to set aside at least one hour a day to do what you really love in your life. Do all the things you deeply love, whatever your daily duties. If you don't have the time to do it, make the time. Because if you don't often do what you really love, at the heart of the essence that constitutes you, you could often be disappointed.

So if you want to get organized, be patient and do one step at a time. Your success is not based on how many steps you need. Because you might hit a snag on the tenth step. Howevert, your success may be just around the corner. You'll never know how close it is unless you take the extra step.

David Michigan, which community are you targeting?

My community is made up of half men and half women, mainly between the ages of 20 and 40.

Where do you find most of your inspiration? And which social networks do you use most?

My inspiration comes mainly from the self-hypnosis I perform on a daily basis. Some people may underestimate or overlook the power of visualization and imagination. But in life you simply can't have something without first visualizing or imagining it. It's not "I'll believe it when I see it" as you may often hear. It's exactly the opposite: you'll see it when you believe it. Use and practice visualization and imagination whenever you can.

I mainly use Instagram and Youtube.

How do you manage your time, between your family, your work, your social networks and your blog? Do you have a job or other activity besides blogging?

To manage my time, I learned very quickly to create a sense of urgency in my life, realizing that life is short. Because you can often get caught up in so-called "thoughts of self-improvement" and know that deep down you'll never be able to have the time to do it.

If you lack a real sense of urgency, believe me, you're going to face the danger of living in unfulfilled dreams, and you don't want that. If you don't take the time to focus on your dreams, no one is going to do it for you, and you're going to regret it forever, for not living your own life.

That's why I devote 100% of my time to my business, because I want to help as many people as possible get the body they want, with a strong and powerful mind.

Did one collaboration/partnership stand out for you more than others? And if so, which one?

Yes, but I can't talk about it yet.

David Michigan, what would you like to do next in your professional life?

I'd like to develop more and more great seminars and webinars to teach people how to really use their minds well, sharing many mental techniques, and also to reveal all the secrets and most effective techniques for losing weight and building muscle.

This is a real challenge for me, because in life, it's quite ironic that one of the things people want most - to change their mind and body for the better - is at the same time one of the things they resist most. For some, the price of sacrifice is too high to pay. But always bear in mind that once you're fully immersed in the unfamiliar and unknown, it quickly becomes comfortable and familiar to you. Whether you accept it or not, we're all about change. Whether you like it or not, change in your mind and body is necessary and inevitable. You decide what you want, what you deeply desire and what you are willing to do to get it.

Do you produce your own visuals and photos? And if so, what equipment do you use?

Everything is done by my professional team. If you're interested in their media work, contact me privately and I'll give you their contact details.

What advice would you give to others influencers of the community?

Do your best to find the positive side of the people in your community. Always look for the best part of each person and talk directly to that special part. You won't always see the truth, but you will see possibilities. Just encourage them to do their best and it will soon become "their truth". Appreciate them more, feel them more and give them a little more value every day.

Don't be afraid to innovate and take risks, even if it means making mistakes. Successful people make far more mistakes than others. Because they've dared to try and take risks, and so they've learned something from their failures. You always learn from mistakes and experience, making small adjustments over time. Dedicate yourself wholeheartedly without reducing or restricting yourself. Believe that you will improve, and I guarantee you will succeed.

And what would you say is your main secret to success?

The first thing is that you have to be passionate about what you do. It has to be a concept you're in love with. You have to be "married" to your idea. Not an idea for earn money. Because sooner or later, the passion will stop. Then there are some basic things you have to do. You have to do as much as you can. A lot of people are always looking for ideas. They want to be sure it's going to work. They want everyone's approval before they actually start implementing them. So you have to be REALLY passionate and then start somewhere with your idea.

You also need to love your audience. If you love your community and passionately share what you do with them, they'll be excited and want to hear about your ideas and use them.

Also pay attention to who you are becoming as a person in search of what you really want. Never compromise your principles and values. Because sure, you might gain something if you do that, but I promise you it will never be good for you in the long run. And really be YOURSELF. I know it can be difficult with a society that tries to force you to be like everyone else, so instead of spending too much time looking to people for ideas, opinions, advice, focus more on you.

Because every answer you need is already within you. Decide now to let go, to let yourself go and to really trust yourself.

What does being a blogger mean to you on a daily basis?

It gives me the opportunity, responsibility and privilege to give a part of myself to help and support as many people as possible, sharing secrets about mindset, nutrition and training that have been kept secret for too long. It also brings me real inner happiness, especially when the people I help start to express themselves in a new way, which makes them realize that they are discovering extraordinary things about themselves, which have always been hidden inside them and were just waiting for this moment to have the keys to their own discovery. I think that's a wonderful thing!
