My name is Charlène, I'm 28, I work as a notary and I'm currently still studying.
I'm passionate about sports and fashion. I love spending time with my friends, my family and my partner. I'm an animal gaga, so I have a little cat.
When did you start your social networking activity as a fitness and bodybuilding influencer?
I've been involved in social networking since 2020.
What community and audience are you targeting?
I'm targeting more of a community An audience of women who share a taste for sport and fashion, and of men who share a taste for sport.
What triggered you and why did you embark on your social networking adventure?
There are no particular triggers. I've always enjoyed sharing my daily life and my passion for sport.
In 2020, as my community grew, I wanted to get more involved to bring a real + to my community: bring them joie de vivre, good humor, motivation...
How much time do you spend on your posts and/or fitness and bodybuilding videos? Creating, directing, editing...?
Do you produce your own visuals and photos? And if so, what equipment do you use?
In order to carry out my post, storiesI only use my iPhone and a ring light tripod. The realization of storiespost takes a long time. You need to write your texts in advance to make sure you don't forget any information. The next step is to take the photo: choose an outfit, apply make-up, choose accessories if necessary.
After that, you need time to take the photo and retouch it. (lights only, accentuate colors but never touched up physically or otherwise).
How do you manage your time, between your family, your work and your social networks? Do you have a job or an activity other than your work as a fitness and bodybuilding influencer?
I'm in a couple and work as a notary. To manage both successfully, you need organization.
Write the post between noon and 2 p.m., take photos at weekends, in the evening after work or possibly in the morning after work...
Teleworking, turning stories or take photos during lunch break. Organization is the key to managing everything without getting overwhelmed.
Where do you mainly find your fitness and bodybuilding inspiration? And which social networks do you use most?
I only use the social network Instagram. I draw my inspiration mainly from my everyday life.
And in order to improve my content, I watch and follow other influencer accounts.
What was your strategy for developing your Instagram fitness and bodybuilding community?
To develop my Instagram community, I didn't have any particular strategy. I've always taken a lot of time to respond to my community, whether by DM or through their account.
I've always wanted to be sincere with my community.
Do you have any organizational tips for others? fitness influencers and bodybuilding? What are your 3 tips for someone just starting out on Instagram?
To get started on Instagram, I'd remind beginners that producing content and exchanging with your community takes a lot of time.
I advise them to be themselves, to be sincere (that's what people).JI also advise them to take the time to exchange with their community (this is the really pleasant side ofInstagram),
Finally, I would advise them to make to do list in order to be well organized, particularly for collaborations.
What do you think makes a successful collaboration proposal?
A successful collaboration proposal is one that benefits both the influencer and the brand. For the brand, this means generating extra sales and attracting the attention of new customers.
For the influencer, to be able to recommend to his community a brand that he likes and that, in return, pleases his community.
